Terms of Service for Spatial Station Video Sharing App

Welcome to Spatial Station, a spatial video sharing app. By using Spatial Station, you agree to the following Terms of Service:

1. Acceptance of Terms:

   • By accessing or using Spatial Station, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these Terms of Service.

2. User Eligibility:

   • You must be at least 17 years old to use Spatial Station. If you are under 17, you are not permitted to create an account or use the app.

3. Account Registration:

   • To access certain features of Spatial Station, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Content Guidelines:

   • You are solely responsible for the content you share on Spatial Station. Content that violates our guidelines, including but not limited to offensive, pornographic, illegal, or copyrighted material, may result in the termination of your account.

5. Rights and Permissions:

   • By sharing content on Spatial Station, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, and distribute your content for the purpose of providing and improving the app.

6. Prohibited Conduct:

   • You agree not to engage in any behavior that violates applicable laws or infringes upon the rights of others. This includes, but is not limited to, harassment, impersonation, and unauthorized access to others' accounts.

7. Premium Subscription:

   • You may purchase an auto-renewing subscription to access Premium features through an In-App Purchase. While subscribed to Premium, you may download any video locally to your device and access it offline in the app. You can download videos at higher quality when available. If a video is removed from the platform, any locally downloaded copies will be removed. Downloaded videos cannot be accessed outside the app.

8. Privacy:

   • Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

9. Termination of Service:

   • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Spatial Station at our discretion, especially if you violate these Terms of Service.

10. Modifications to the Service:

    • Spatial Station may be updated or modified at any time, including the addition or removal of features. We will strive to provide notice of significant changes.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties:

    • Spatial Station is provided "as is," and we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the app's availability, functionality, or suitability for any particular purpose.

12. Limitation of Liability:

    • In no event shall Spatial Station be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the app.

13. Governing Law:

    • These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United States of America.
